The company now known as Seneca Fluid Technologies, Inc. began in 1988 as a small distributor for Graco paint finishing products in Des Moines, IA. At its inception, “Seneca Industrial” was a division within Seneca Companies, Inc. in Des Moines. The industrial business grew by adding additional staff in Iowa and Minnesota as well as an acquisition of Design Automation in Baldwyn, MS in 2005.
On January 1, 2016, Seneca Companies sold its industrial division to ICAFe and to this day remains a wholly owned subsidiary of ICAFe. Seneca Fluid Technologies (SenecaFTI) has salespeople that serve Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Missouri, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Our product line has grown to represent the very best manufacturers in the world for surface treatment, liquid and powder coatings, sealants, adhesives, hot melt, and motion and control technologies.
SenecaFTI specializes in providing quality finishing systems and components—especially as they pertain to the wood industry. It is one of the largest Kremlin distributors in the Midwest. In the Southeastern United States, the operation in Mississippi is known for their competence and ingenuity in regards to Parker Hannifin motion and control technologies and ITW Dynatec hot melt machines.
